Adoption Submissions

If you are a lecturer wishing us to stock textbooks for your course, you may advise us of your requirements by:

  1. Downloading our Excel template Textbook Adoptions form by right clicking the button at the bottom of this page, and selecting Save Target As. We recommend this method as the form may be filled in at your leisure, sent to us as an email attachment, and reused as often as needed. (Macintosh users should note the form is in PC format, hence has to be opened from within Excel. Double-clicking the file icon will not work. Contact us if you have problems with this.)
  2. Downloading the Adobe Acrobat version of our Textbook Adoptions form by clicking the button at the bottom of this page. This can be printed out, filled in manually, then faxed or mailed to us.
  3. Use the on-line adoption submission routine in this site - start by clicking the “enter an adoption” button at the bottom of the page. When completed your submission will be forwarded to us by email. This method is best used if you are working away from your usual computer. No copy can be kept and entering details is rather slow, therefore not recommended for multiple submissions.
Once checking and initial processing has been carried out, we will mail you a printed listing as confirmation. If you do not receive this, please contact our Textbook Manager. We have occasionally found submissions did not reach us.

Deadlines

We ask that your textbook adoption lists be submitted to us by the following deadlines:

First semester & full year courses by the first week of September

Second semester courses by the first week of April
